Service Agreement: By using The Playmaker Hub's services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Payment: Payment must be made immediately upon booking. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the service.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less that 48 hours' notice will result in full payment being taken. If the service is cancelled with appropriate notice, you will receive credit to reschedule for another date.
Equipment Responsibility: The Playmaker Hub's equipment is tested before drop-off and collection. Customers are responsible for any damage incurred. As Veo does not offer a repair service, damages may result in charges for the cost of a new Veo 3 camera. When using The Playmaker Hub equipment, customers must use necessary equipment to stabilise it to avoid damage. The Veo equipment must be returned within 48 hours of use.
Data Usage: The Playmaker Hub may collect and analyse data from recorded matches to improve services. Personal information will be handled per our privacy policy.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to recorded matches and edited videos belong to The Playmaker Hub. Unauthorised use or distribution of this content is prohibited.
Liability: The Playmaker Hub is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our services.
